All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Damages
iStrapify is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently ship to addresses within the US. Customers are responsible for any additional customs fees.
Return of Non-Deliverable Packages
If a package is returned to iStrapify as undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. iStrapify will attempt to contact the customer to determine how to proceed with the order.
